Raise a helpdesk ticket
If you need help from our support or technical teams while you’re using Find and Use an API, you can raise a helpdesk ticket through ServiceNow.
If you have a general query or request, complete a request form and someone in the Find and Use an API team will reply within 5 working days.
You must be an internal DfE user to raise a helpdesk ticket. External users can get support on Find and Use an API.
