1. From the navigation menu, select My workspaces
  • Or from the homepage, select My workspaces in the main content area.
  1. Select the workspace you want to remove members.
  2. From the side menu, go to Configuration and select Members. You'll see the list of members grouped by their workspace roles.
  3. Go to the relevant workspace role section, choose the member you want to remove.
  4. Select Remove user to workspace role.
  • Or Return to workspace members to cancel.

When a user is removed from a workspace role, they immediately lose all permissions associated with that role.

When a user is removed from a workspace role, they receive an email notification confirming:

  • They have been removed from the specified role
  • They no longer have access to the workspace This helps ensure users are aware of changes to their access and responsibilities.
