- From the navigation menu, select My workspaces
- Or from the homepage, select My workspaces in the main content area.
- Select the workspace you want to remove members.
- From the side menu, go to Configuration and select Members. You'll see the list of members grouped by their workspace roles.
- Go to the relevant workspace role section, choose the member you want to remove.
- Select Remove user to workspace role.
- Or Return to workspace members to cancel.
When a user is removed from a workspace role, they immediately lose all permissions associated with that role.
Workspace role removal notification
When a user is removed from a workspace role, they receive an email notification confirming:
- They have been removed from the specified role
- They no longer have access to the workspace This helps ensure users are aware of changes to their access and responsibilities.
